  • What can I expect at my first appointment?

    We will explore your needs and goals for therapy. We will review your intake paperwork, confidentiality, counseling process, and professional responsibilities of my role.

  • What if I decide that it isn't a good fit for me?

    No worries! We will work with you to help you connect with other local therapists that will meet your current needs and goals. We will also support you by helping your find your next steps, if you are not yet ready to commit to therapy.

  • What do I need for Online Therapy?

    All you need is a device with video chat capability and an internet connection. Prior to each session, we will email you a link to join the video session.

  • What if I have an emergency?

    If you have an emergency and need immediate attention, call 911, the National Mental Health hotline 988, and go to the nearest emergency department. We will do our best to respond to phone calls and emails within 24 -48 hours Monday-Friday, however, this is not always possible.
